You have a really nice illustration style. I like the colors you used for this, and I like the transparency on the lingerie. Great idea:>
Her right hand isn't holding anything. The panty should come on top of the finger, not under it. The transparency is quite good and so is the style.
But should an illustration have a headline like this?

Cool style--nice sense of color. I'm not a big fan of the sentiment presented, but that doesn't mean it's not good art. It is!
A couple of notes:
1. That ring on her hand looks like a wedding band, but it's on her right hand instead of her left.
2. Her left hand seems to be missing its thumb. I think that might be it behind the semitransparent panty, but the angle is unnatural.
I agree with most of the other comments. Good job on the illo.

fingers: Yeah I realised the hands don't look quite right. Should've taken a photograph of this pose and figure that out. Or perhaps squeeze the underwear and fit it into the gap between those 2 fingers! Thanks for pointing that out :)
